WHAT TO EXPECT
At IWKA Wing Tjun Kung Fu Sydney, our classes are taught in a relaxed and open environment with an emphasis on honoring the practises and traditions of this wonderful Chinese art.
We train a combination of solo and partner exercises and encourage our students to learn and practise at their own pace.
IWKA Tai Chi involves 5 elements, Talou (solo hand training), Neigong and Quigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation), Tuishou (response drills) and Sanshou (self-defense techniques), the latter comes at the higher levels of the system.
You will find our students and instructors welcoming and helpful to new members wishing to improve their health and lifestyle. No matter your size, age, gender, fitness level or previous experience, at Wing Tjun Kung Fu Sydney our friendly team of instructors and students will help and support you in achieving your goals.
